Minister highlights rail improvements on budget vote

On 13 April 2010 Transport Minister Sibusiso Ndebele delivered the 2010 Budget Vote speech in Parliament. The Minister said that rail formed part of the multimodal transport service that would facilitate movements to all parts of the country during the 2010 FIFA World Cup ™.
