• Pricing of all items must be in accordance with the Terms of Reference contained in 12.6 of the bid document
• References referred to in 12.6.1 must be in the form of letters from the bidder's clients to whom the bidder has rendered services in the past
• In addition to 1 original and 3 copies, bids must also be submitted in an electronic format preferably on CD as alluded to in section 5.9.1 of the bid document.
